The foundation’s core mission is to contribute time, talent, and treasure to local organizations, thereby actively participating in the collective effort to make the community a better place for all.

The Lyon Cares Foundation has left an indelible mark through its impactful annual individual office-level program. At the heart of this initiative is a commitment by each Lyon office to contribute $10,000, distributed in two $5,000 grants, to local non-profits within Greater Sacramento, selected with care and consideration. Since the inception of this program in 2015, Lyon Real Estate’s generosity has translated into a remarkable contribution of more than $1.3 million to over 120 organizations. These carefully chosen non-profits share a common goal: to aid those in need and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of our communities.
