Celebrating Our Philanthropic Excellence at the Sacramento Region Community Foundation’s Celebration of Generosity

Last Thursday evening, Lyon Real Estate had the privilege of participating in the prestigious annual Celebration of Generosity hosted by the Sacramento Region Community Foundation. This event was a significant moment where both individuals and businesses throughout our region gathered to recognize and celebrate local philanthropy while fostering a culture of giving.

At the event, we celebrated the impact of local businesses like Lyon Real Estate, whose partnerships with the Sacramento Region Community Foundation span across nearly nine years. We were deeply honored to be recognized alongside other remarkable honorees who had made significant contributions to philanthropy.

Lyon Real Estate was celebrated for our Employee Impact, which was awarded due to the generous donations that our real estate agents and employees give throughout the year. Since the Lyon Cares Foundation was started in 2015 by President and CEO, Pat Shea, we have donated over $1.3 million to local nonprofits throughout the Greater Sacramento Region, including over $159,000 in the 2023 calendar year.

We are deeply grateful for our agents’ and employees’ ongoing support, which has brought us to this exciting honor. Their contributions have made a significant difference in Lyon’s philanthropic journey and throughout the communities we serve, and we look forward to continuing our mission of giving back.
