New Year, New Look for Lyon Real Estate

Lyon Real Estate is getting a new look! The brilliant red logo that has been gracing front lawns for years has now been updated. The change comes on the heels of the 1-year anniversary of Lyon’s acquisition by Windermere Real Estate in January of 2021.

The new logo represents the deepening partnership of the two entities, while still maintaining the tradition that Lyon agents, clients, and community members have depended on since Lyon’s founding more than 75 years ago.

“Windermere’s business model, commitment to customer service and satisfaction, culture, focus on community and philanthropy, are identical to what we have always prioritized here at Lyon,” says Lyon President and CEO Pat Shea.

As the leading independent residential real estate company in the Sacramento region, Lyon Real Estate is naturally positioned to work alongside the Windermere name. Founded in 1972, Windermere is the largest regional real estate company in the Western U.S., serving Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington, as well as Mexico.

The partnership means Lyon Real Estate agents and clients will benefit from Windermere’s enhanced marketing resources, professional development, relocation and referral services, as well as an in-house chief economist.

The new logo will reflect the joining of two strong forces in regional real estate. The new logo will be similar to the previous version, with the red “Lyon” name atop Windermere’s logo, represented by a linked “W.”
