This is the New Year’s Eve event everyone can stay awake for — even your littlest family members. Ring in 2019 a bit early at Noon Year’s Eve at the Crocker — one of Sacramento’s most beloved community traditions. This year, they are kicking the festival up a notch by inviting all young visitors (and their grown-ups!) to come decked out in purple to match the purple decor of the museum. Enjoy live music from the steel drums of the Pan United Youth Movement led by Shawn Thwaites, folk dancing by Alpentanzer Schuhplatter, festive activities throughout the museum, and dancing from the Far East Dragon Lion Dance Association. And of course, don’t miss the countdown to the new year at noon!
