Things To Do This Memorial Day Weekend in the Sacramento Area

Memorial Day is a day to honor and remember those who sacrificed their lives while serving in our country’s armed forces. On the last Monday of May each year, we pause to remember their bravery, service, and ultimately, the sacrifice they paid.

This year, there are a number of community events, memorial services, shows and other happenings to celebrate the holiday and the unofficial start of summer. Attend one of these events, and more importantly, take a moment to pause and acknowledge the true meaning of the holiday.
