20 Most Dog-Friendly Restaurants and Bars in Sacramento

Sacramento is a wonderful city for dog-owners and their four-legged family members alike. With ample parks, well-kept walkways, lots of homes with large yards, an abundance of sunshine throughout the year, and plenty of dog-friendly establishments, Sacramento is set up for success for all dog lovers.

Let’s focus on that last piece, because there’s nothing quite like enjoying the atmosphere of a local establishment with your furry friend right by your side. This also allows your dog to meet other dog friends in the area, which is important for proper socialization and behavior training.

Dog wellbeing talk aside, it’s also just downright enjoyable for an owner to be able to take their dog to a local restaurant or bar. While there are as many as 60 dog-friendly establishments in the area, let’s narrow our focus on a few of the best so you won’t have to suffer disappointment, or have to do further research to narrow down that overwhelming list.

You’ll thank us for this list — and your dog will, too!
